My mantra for computer issues is,
"When all else fails, reboot." If you were buying
theme park tickets online, try the
My Disney Experience app. Click on the "+" at the bottom of the screen and select "Buy Tickets and Passes." Follow the prompts and hope Stitch has dialed back on the caffeine. Sometimes, accessing the system through a different path does the trick.
If you continue to have challenges, you can use the "Chat" function on the website or the app. A Cast Member may send you a link to log into your
MyDisney account to assist.
You can also call the
"New Tickets" phone number and speak with a Cast Member.
And since it looks like you are about to pass through the gates with Mickey and Minnie welcoming you to the Most Magical Place on Earth, you can also purchase tickets at
Guest Relations at
Magic Kingdom Park,
EPCOT,
Disney's Hollywood Studios,
Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park.
