Since you're having trouble with the website, my first idea is to suggest cleaning your cache and using a new incognito window in your browser. You can also try the
Disneyland Mobile App if you still can't buy your tickets through the website. Just open the app, tap on the plus sign at the bottom of the screen, and select "Buy Tickets and Passes."
