    I am trying to purchase the very merry christmas tickets. I get as far as the checkout. But won't let me go further as my billing address line 1 and 2 can't be more than 40 characters, but this is not the case. What do I do?

    Hi, Friend! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

    I am so sorry that you are having some issues purchasing your Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party Tickets! I have attended this Special Event twice now, and each time I find something new to fall in love with! Last yEAR, it was my Disney Character Meet & Greet with Sandy Claws (Jack Skellington)- he really is a riot and one of the BEST Disney Character experiences ever! Sometimes that silly Stitch likes to play with the online reservation system, and you may find that if you try it again, you won’t have any issues. If it is still being difficult, then I have noticed that on the right hand side there is a little “chat” button, I would suggest clicking on that to see if anyone can give you immediate technical support. If all else fails, you can call Disney Special Events and order your tickets online or contact Website Support to see if they can fix the issue that you are encountering. 

    I certainly hope your technical issues resolve themselves soon so you can start dreaming stress-free about sugar plum fairies, Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade and SNOW on Main Street, U.S.A.
