I am so sorry you are having issues purchasing your
MagicBand+ for your upcoming visit to
Disney World. As we troubleshoot your issues, please consider the following:
1. On your "My Plans" page of your
My Disney Experience Account, do you see your Resort Reservation linked to your account? If your reservation is not linked, you will not be able to make a MagicBand+ order for your family. To link your reservation, all you have to do is hover over the My Disney Experience tab, click "My Plans," and follow the instructions to link your reservation.
2. What browser are you using to purchase your MagicBand+? From my experience, I have found Google Chrome to be a much more stable way to access your My Disney Experience account.
If you are still having issues, my recommendation is to use the Chat Feature on the
Disney World website and talk to a Cast Member. When I was researching for you, a very helpful Cast Member told me they could send you a secure form where you can provide your account information to determine what the issue might be.
NOTE: It is best to purchase your MagicBand+ 14 days before your arrival, so you still have plenty of time to order.
