    Trying to purchase genie + says it’s not available for 12/29 and 12/30. My daughter has autism and I’m trying to make her experience great thinking genie could help. Are there limits on genie+ tickets. Thnx

The service is also designed to minimize your wait times for attractions and minimize your walking around distance as part of your personalized theme park itinerary.

    Based on what you're describing, it sounds like there could possibly be a few different things going on. You might want to use the "Chat with Us" feature in the My Disney Experience mobile app or give a call to the Walt Disney World Resort at (407)-934-7639 to speak with a Cast Member about the details of what you're encountering to get some assistance. Before you do, let me offer a few quick tips that might be helpful.

    The Disney Genie+ service will first check to see if a Guest has a valid theme park admission ticket and a valid theme park reservation. It could be that the issue you're encountering is that you're being prompted to make a theme park reservation through the Disney Park Pass system. If the theme park for which you're trying to make a park reservation has no reservations available, you might be seeing a message similar to "There are no more Disney Park Pass selections available for the selected date and park." If this is the case, you could look at changing the theme park you're selecting or the date you're selecting to look for available reservations. You can always use the Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar to see which theme parks have reservations to select for the dates you might want to visit.

    It's also possible that the issue you're seeing could be related to the type of theme park ticket you purchased. With some theme park tickets, you would need to wait until the day you visit the theme park to add the Disney Genie+ for the day you visit. If your theme park tickets are part of a vacation package that includes a Walt Disney World Resort hotel stay, you would want to add Disney Genie+ to your package. In most cases, if you have theme park tickets and theme park reservations, you should be able to add the Disney Genie+ option to your existing theme park tickets through the My Disney Experience mobile app. To do this, you would sign in to the app, tap the main menu (the 3 stacked lines), tap "Tickets and Passes," and then select your ticket and tap "Change Ticket" to add the Disney Genie+ service to your ticket.

    While there aren't limits to adding the Disney Genie+ service itself to your theme park tickets, it is possible that individual Lightning Lane attraction selections and Genie+ attraction selections could become unavailable during a theme park visit day.
