I am trying to purchase Disney World Magic Kingdom tickets. When I logged into my account, it has my children's ages from 6 years ago, the last time we were there. I don't see how or where I can update their ages in my account.

    Hiya, Stacy!

Welcome to planDisney! I am oh so happy to hear that you are planning a return trip to The Most Magical Place on Earth. This is such a great question. I am happy to tell you that you are able to make these changes to your account and it should only take a few minutes.

You can easily update this information in your My Disney Experience account. The changes can be made through the website or in the My Disney Experience app. If you would like to make the changes on the website, you will log in and select the My Family & Friends option from the My Disney Experience drop-down menu. This page will show a list of everyone currently connected to your account. Be sure your entire travel party is listed! This will prevent any issues later on when purchasing your tickets and making your Disney Park Pass reservations. Next to each name you will see a blue link titled "Update". Select this option to make the modifications to the Guests. The next page will show all available change options, including age. When you have finished updating the information, just hit save. The changes will be immediate. Should you prefer to make changes in the My Disney Experience app, the process is very similar. When in the app, select the three bars on the bottom right side of the screen. Towards the bottom of this page, you will see My Profile. Select this option to see your connected Guests. The next page will show two options, My Profile, and Family & Friends List. Select the Family & Friends List and the Guest you would like to update. Click the Update Info link and follow the prompts. Both of these options are quick and easy!

After you purchase your tickets to Magic Kingdom Park, be sure to make your Disney Park Pass Reservations. Currently, all theme parks require a reservation in addition to valid theme park tickets. Before you make your purchase, I suggest checking the theme park reservation availability calendar for the park of your choice. It would be a bummer to purchase tickets hoping to go to Making Kingdom Park only to find that it is no longer offering reservations for that day. Currently, your arrival date has full availability, but some dates in that timeframe are filling up. I do recommend making your reservations as soon as possible.

I hope that this information helps you make all the magical changes needed so that you are able to get back to planning your adventure.
    We'll see ya real soon!
