    Hello I am trying to purchase a Disney gift card on your site. I thought I had before but maybe it was a ticket🤷🏻‍♀️. I don’t like purchasing at a retail store because of all of the gift card theft. Please advise. Debi

    Disney Gift Cards are available for purchase online at DisneyStore.com, the official Disney online retailer. There are two types of Disney Gift Cards available: 1) a physical card that can be shipped to your home, or 2) an eGift card that you would receive by email.

    I like purchasing a Disney eGift Card because I can use the card as soon as it arrives in my email inbox, which usually takes about 15 minutes. However, a physical Disney Gift Card is a great option if you prefer having a physical card to use. If you are undecided between both, it is helpful to know that you can print your Disney eGift Card and use it as if it were a physical card. Disney eGift Card can also be stored in your smartphone's wallet app.

    Whichever type of Disney Gift Card you choose, I highly recommend adding your card to the Disney Gift Card website. This helps with keeping track of transactions, and transferring funds between cards, if you have more than one card to manage. 

    Now, I understand you believe you might have purchased a Disneyland Resort Theme Park Ticket by accident. If this is the case, I recommend contacting the Disneyland Resort and speaking to a Cast Member who can assist you with this matter.
