Lynn, if you'd like to try to upgrade your tickets to include the
Disney Genie+ service, you'll first want to log into your
My Disney Experience app. Tap the icon that looks like three stacked lines in the bottom right corner, then tap Tickets and Passes. Select each ticket that you'd like to upgrade, then choose "Change Ticket." You should be able to see an option here to upgrade your tickets to include the Disney Genie+ service!
Remember, you're also able to purchase the Disney Genie+ service day-by-day as well. To do this, log into your My Disney Experience app on the first morning you'd like to purchase Disney Genie+. You'll want to make sure you do this before 7:00 AM EST! Tap the icon that looks like three stacked lines, then tap My Genie Day. Then, tap "Get Disney Genie+ for Today" in the purple bar. Right at 7:00 AM EST, you'll be able to make your first Disney Genie+ selection! Remember, you are eligible to purchase
Disney Genie+ service as well as Individual Lightning Lane entrances, which truly give you phenomenal cosmic powers!
Before you arrive, make sure that you've made your Theme Park Reservations with the
Disney Park Pass system! This is an important step in reserving the parks you wish to visit on each day of your trip. I'd also suggest taking some time to explore the
My Disney Experience app prior to your visit. This is a little like holding your own magic wand in your hand, unlocking everything that Walt Disney World Resort has to offer. You'll be able to view park maps, check wait times for attractions, and even
mobile order food. This is a great way to minimize waits and maximize the fun!
