It sounds like you're having a bit of technical difficulty, which certainly isn't magical, is it? My best guess is that your internet browser isn't cooperating. I've had the most luck navigating the Walt Disney World Resort website using Google Chrome or Safari. Start by trying a different internet browser than the one you initially used to purchase your tickets. If that doesn't work, not to fret! You have a few more options. One is to purchase your tickets over the phone by calling the Ticketing Team at (407) 939-7679. A friendly Cast Member there will be happy to help you complete your transaction! Another option is to purchase your tickets on the
My Disney Experience mobile app. When you open the app, click on the plus sign at the bottom of the screen. Then, select "Buy Tickets and Passes."
Once you've purchased your Theme Park Tickets and linked them to your My Disney Experience account, go ahead and make those all-important
Theme Park Reservations via the Disney Park Pass System. With your tickets and reservations all set to go, you'll be ready to enjoy pixie-dusted adventures at EPCOT!
