    I am trying to preserve my parked day as a bout take it for 2 days with 1 theme park per day with memory maker other extras like gene +. Every time I tried reserve the park there was an error because of the memory maker. Can you please assist me reserving

I am so excited that you decided to add the Memory Maker option to your trip, as I absolutely love the PhotoPass Service. Indeed, PhotoPass Cast Members truly know how to capture the magic, and there are so many PhotoPass pictures from my trips that I will cherish forever.

    Now, let's talk about how you can make your theme park reservations and enjoy all the Disney magic! I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with your theme park reservations, but thankfully that is what we are here for. You and me, we're in a club now! First, let's make sure that your tickets are correctly linked to your My Disney Experience account. Your Memory Maker Service should not prevent you from making theme park reservations, so you might be experiencing issues while connecting your reservations. To link your Memory Maker Service, log into your My Disney Experience account and click on "My Plans." Once you have found the blue "Add More Plans" tab, select "Link Reservations and Purchases" and then "Memory Maker." Similarly, you would be able to click on "Tickets" to link your theme park tickets to your account. After linking your theme park tickets to your account, you should be able to make your theme park reservations by selecting the type of tickets you have. If you are still experiencing issues with this step, I would highly recommend contacting a Cast Member via chat, email or phone, as it is better to make your theme park reservations as soon as possible. Cast Members are real-life magic makers, and I always turn to them whenever I am experiencing issues!

    Once your theme park reservations are settled and you are getting your itinerary ready for your visit, check out the interactive map found on the My Disney Experience mobile app! By clicking on the arrow at the top of your screen, you will be able to look at all the PhotoPass locations around the parks. This map will make capturing the magic of your visit that much easier, and you will be able to find the best spots for your family photos. Indeed, while the Cast Members in front of the park icons might be busy, make sure to look around the icons for more PhotoPass locations. Your family photos will be just as beautiful and memorable, and these Cast Members often don't even have a line!
