We are trying to prepare for our first trip to WDW in Dec. I'm having difficulty understanding what the "tiers" are all about when booking a meal included in the Candlelight Processional Package. Could you please explain? Thanks.

Hey, Julie! Let's break it down for you so you're ready to book a Candlelight Processional dining package when they're released in July.

    • Tier 1: lowest price, not usually as popular restaurants. In 2010, this included Biergarten and Garden Grill.
    • Tier 2: moderately priced, semi-popular restaurants, which has included places like Rose and Crown, Nine Dragons and San Angel Inn.
    • Tier 3: pricier and more popular, including Le Cellier and Chefs de France.
The price point and the Candlelight Processional showtime adjust according to when and where you eat. For example, the least expensive option will be having lunch at a Tier 1 restaurant and then seeing the 5:00 p.m. show. Conversely, the biggest sticker price will be having dinner at a Tier 3 restaurant, which then allows you to see either the 6:45 p.m. or 8:15 p.m. show of the Candlelight Processional.
