I am trying to pre register for a DAS pass

Hello, and a warm welcome to planDisney, Seles.

Thank you for consulting planDisney for your upcoming visit, Seles, it would be my honor to offer help with registration for the Disability Access Service (DAS), one of the many Disneyland Resort – Services for Guests with Disabilities created to afford all visiting Guests an inclusive and enjoyable experience.

Seles, registering for the DAS can be done online with the virtual option called DAS Advance, from 2-days up to 30-days before your visit, or you can register in-person inside a Disneyland Resort theme park Guest Relations Lobby (City Hall at Disneyland Park or the Chamber of Commerce Disney California Adventure Park). Since you are interested in the DAS Advance option, please ensure your computer updates are performed and that you are utilizing the recommended browser that supports the Disneyland Resort websites.

To prepare for the DAS Advance, or the in-person registration please ensure the following:
    1) Link the theme park tickets for those in your travel party to your Disney account so they will be included on the DAS Guestlist. You can have up to twelve (12) Guests on the DAS Guestlist, but only six (6) including the registered DAS Guest may actively request a DAS arrival window (subject to change).
    2) Make the required Disneyland Resort – Theme Park Reservations for each person in your travel party for each day of valid theme park admission.
    3) Please have the Guest requiring the DAS accommodation present during registration.

During the DAS Advance process, once registration is complete, you will select, in consultation with the Cast Member, up to two (2) one-hour return windows for select and available attractions and experiences before your arrival. When you arrive, you will see those selections in the Disneyland Mobile App within the attraction flow list. The great thing is, that you can have those two pre-selections active and request another DAS return window when you arrive at the theme park. Once all pre-selections have elapsed, you can request one (1) DAS return window, one at a time for the remainder of your day, for each day of your visit.

Seles, once registered, you, the registered DAS Guest, or anyone on the DAS Guestlist, will be able to self-select an attraction or experience from the Disneyland Mobile App, or at an attraction or experience entrance in person. Just remember, that the registered DAS Guest must be present when redeeming the DAS return window. During your waiting period for your DAS arrival window, feel free to rest, and enjoy a snack or do some shopping nearby.

    Tips:
The DAS accommodation is separate from the Disney Genie+ service, which you are welcome to purchase via the Disneyland Mobile App.

For any assistance with the DAS, please speak with a helpful and knowledgeable Cast Member at a Guest Relations Lobby, a Guest Experience Team kiosk located near attractions, or at an attraction or experience entrance.

Seles, it was my pleasure offering assistance today, and I wish you a wonderful visit to the Disneyland Resort, thank you!
