    Hi I am trying to pre register das pass

    Hi Erin, and welcome to planDisney!

    I am so happy that the Disability Access Service (DAS) is available to eligible guests who need it when visiting Walt Disney World Resort!

    You can choose to register in person at one of the Guest Relations Main Entrance locations when you arrive, or you can pre-register for DAS in advance via the live video chat between 2 and 30 days before your visit. If you choose to pre-register, you will first need to add everyone in your travel party to your Family & Friends list and ensure that you have a valid theme park ticket linked to your My Disney Experience account for you and each member of your party. 

    Please note that the guest requesting DAS must be present for the video call. The Live Chat is available from 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM Eastern Time; be prepared for a bit of a wait (in some cases), but do not worry; once you are connected, the process flows quickly.
