    We are trying to pre pay our gratuities, have been for a week now. However it keeps saying "not available" when will I be able to do this. I sail away in 3 days.

    I always find the Disney Crew Members outstanding at providing those extra special touches that make our vacations magical. I hope you are finding the same! Gratuities can be added before your reservation at the time of booking or when providing the final payment. Otherwise, they are automatically applied to your onboard account if not pre-paid. 

    If you haven’t already disembarked, you might want to consider taking advantage of the Onboard Booking Offer; you’ll find the details on the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app. For a small deposit, you can make a placeholder reservation for a future Disney Cruise. It’s a great way to save money on your next Disney Magic at Sea holiday.
