Hello I am trying to plan my WDW vacation and I was thinking about camping at the fort wilderness campsites. I am wonder if guests camping get a resort key so they can take advantage of the magic hours?

    Hi Felisha!

I just stayed at Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground in February of 2014 so I have some very recent information on this subject.  If you have a MagicBand (currently all Guests of Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground are given MagicBands), then that is your Resort room key for you to use to verify that you are a Walt Disney World Resort Guest for Extra Magic Hours.  You also will be given a key card (like a credit card) which will enable you to access the convenience centers (the bathrooms and showers) of Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground.  You can use this key card or your MagicBand to get in and out of Fort Wilderness if you have a vehicle as well.

I hope that your next Walt Disney World vacation is truly magical in every way!

    Keep Dreaming Big!
