    Hello, I am trying to plan a WDW vacation with my family. There will be 10 of us there traveling with a 5 year old, 4 year old, and 3 year old (Autistic). There is no button to ship my MagicBands. Anyone know why?

    How exciting, you’ll be visiting Walt Disney World Resort to enjoy exciting adventures! To begin your planning, take a look at the free Disney Parks Vacation Planning Videos to see what awaits your arrival.  I hope you considered a Magic Your Way Vacation Package which includes a Disney Resort hotel, Theme Park Tickets and the option to purchase a Disney Dining Plan that fits your touring style. If not, feel free to contact a Cast Member at (407) 939-5277 for more assistance with adding a Disney Dining Plan to your stay.

    Your MagicBands will be shipped (since you live in the United States) to your home after you personalize them at least 11 days before your arrival at your Disney Resort hotel. If you personalize your MagicBands between 10 and 6 days before your arrival, then they’ll be waiting for you upon your arrival at your Disney Resort hotel. If you do not customize your MagicBands, you will receive a non-customized MagicBand when you arrive at your Disney Resort hotel.

    May I offer Disney’s Services for Guests with Cognitive Disabilities containing information for services that may afford your child a more comfortable visit, as well as advice for Planning for Large Parties?
