Hi, I am trying to plan a visit to the US from Australia and my son would like to make a Light Saber & Droid at Star Wars, Disney. I am not sure if this is offered at both Orlando and Anaheim. Can you please let me know. Thank you

    Bright Suns, Cath!

I have visited the Planet Batuu in Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge in Disneyland Park at the Disneyland Resort in Anaheim and Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge in Disney's Hollywood Studios at the Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando multiple times.

I have great news for you because both Black Spire Outposts (in Anaheim and Orlando) have Savi's Workshop, where you can build a Lightsaber, and Droid Depot, where you can build your own Droid. In fact, these two establishments are positioned in the exact general location in each of the Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge on each coast. According to my experiences, there are only subtle color differences, and the position of the X-Wing Fighter is not the same in each of the Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge locations. The Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge in Disneyland Park has three entrances, and the one in Disney's Hollywood Studios has only two entrances. These are the only differences that I have observed in my galaxy travels.

I hope that your son gets to craft his own Lightsaber and build a Droid on your upcoming Disney vacation!

    Til' the Spire!
