I was trying to plan to visit between the 18th and the 22nd of May. I know it is late notice I checked for a place to stay and none where available. Is there anything I can do ?

    Hi Alexandra! Welcome to planDisney!

We could all use a little magic in our lives, right? Especially after the past year! As a family that has taken a few last-minute trips to the Most Magical Place on Earth, I totally understand where you are coming from!

With reduced capacity and the phased reopening of Disney Resorts Collection hotels, availability is a bit harder to come by. Looking at the dates you mentioned of May 18-22, 2021, the only availability I found was at Disney's Art of Animation Resort. I looked up a party of two and a party of four. I'm not sure how many will be visiting with you, but it is a great option if that works for you! Disney's Art of Animation Resort offers a colorful theme with some favorite Characters and is a perfect fit for many families.

The other thing to keep in mind for last-minute visits is Disney Park Pass reservation availability. Since Walt Disney World theme park tickets AND Disney Park Pass reservations are both required to visit the theme parks at this time, make sure to check the Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar for any plans you are wanting to make. Of course, I love visiting the Walt Disney World Resort and just exploring our Disney Resort, Disney Springs, Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park, and other recreational activities, without even setting foot in a theme park!

I hope you can work everything out for your vacation, Alexandra! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
