I am trying to plan a vacation for myself, my 6 year old twins and my mother. I want to be able to participate in some of the Christmas activities too though, can you tell me best time between Nov and Dec for events and cost?

    Hello, Laura,

It sounds like you are "off and running" with planning a wonderful trip to Walt Disney World! If I were planning a trip, I'd try to do it when schools are in session, such as the first few weeks of November or the first few weeks of December.  I would avoid the week of Thanksgiving as well as the last two weeks of December. These dates should provide you with lighter crowds and possibly lower costs while still providing you with a chance to enjoy all of the holiday events and decorations.

Since there a lot of variables with the types of resorts and park tickets, it is difficult for me to estimate a cost for you. However, you can call (407) 939-5277 and speak to a cast member who can provide you different estimates.  Also, if you know a reputable travel agent, s/he can also help you.

As you continue planning and have further questions, please let us know. We are happy to help!
