I am trying to plan a vacation for March 2016. The calendar to price out the vacation only goes up to December 2015. How can I find out prices and information to let family know? Thank you.

Hi, Melissa!  If you are booking a resort room only, those can be booked up to 500 days in advance, however, it has to be done over the phone, and the price you will be quoted is the current price.  This price may not be the same as the price when you want to travel, and they will advise you of that possibility when you call to book.

If you are trying to price a vacation package, you will find that the pricing is usually not available until the middle of the year prior (so, for March 2016, you may find pricing online available at some point over the summer).  You can price out a package for an upcoming month and estimate what it might be when you travel, but the very best you'll be able to do at this point is to give an estimate.

As a dyed in the wool planner, I know how tough it can be not to have the exact information you need at your finger tips.  Use the information available currently to at least get the planning started.
