Trying to plan vacation for family at Disneyland. On Disneyworld website there is "Family and Friends" option with my family members connected but not on Disneyland. What do I have to do for the experience to be the same on Disneyland?

    Welcome to planDisney, Charles!

I'm thrilled that you and your family are vacationing at the Disneyland Resort this year! You are correct that there is not a "My Family & Friends" feature on the Disneyland Resort website. However, your family can link their respective Theme Park Tickets to their Disneyland App. I am happy to walk you through this process...

Download the Disneyland App (if you haven't already) and open the app. You'll be prompted to sign into your account. Next, press the hamburger icon (☰) on the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. Press the "My Tickets and Passes" tile. Then you will see a page with two tiles at the top. Press the one that says, "Link Tickets & Passes." You will have three options to link tickets to your Disneyland App:

    1. Camera
    2. Tap
    3. Type ID
I recommend using the "Camera" option to link tickets. This will require you to open your app to the "My Tickets and Passes" section and have your family members scan their respective tickets with their Disneyland App.

    That's it!

Tip: Have a MagicBand+ from a past trip to Walt Disney World Resort? You can use them at the Disneyland Resort! Check out the Discover MagicBand+ at the Disneyland Resort webpage to learn more.

I hope this helps, Charles. I wish you the happiest visit to The Happiest Place on Earth!

    Your Pal,
    Alejandra
