Trying to plan a Trip to WDW this year. We are try to do this on a budget. There are 4 of us, myself, husband and our daughter who is 5 and son who's 4. Where would be the best place for us to go?

    Hi Chelsi!

I think we are all on a budget these days!  Honestly, one of my best tips on saving money is to find yourself a great travel agent.  Make sure that he/she is a Disney Authorized Vacation Planner, who does NOT charge a dime for their services.  They eat, sleep and breathe Disney and check daily for new discounts and promotions.  Personally, I love Mouse Fan Travel, but feel free to find your own!

The Value Resorts are the most affordable option for your family and they are AWESOME!  Of the five Value Resorts, my two faves are Pop Century and Art of Animation.  These are the newest in this category and both of them have their own buses that travel between the parks.  With kiddos your age, you probably will just need a basic Magic Your Way ticket, as your kids will be too tired to travel to more than one park per day.  Also, the Dining Plan is a fantastic way to save money on your Disney meals.  Or, if you prefer to bring your own food, feel free to bring anything you would like (no alcohol please) right into the parks!

I hope that you have a wonderful vacation and I would love to hear from you again!

    Much pixie dust,
