I am trying to plan a trip to WDW in May and need advice about which resort to stay at. We have a 5 year old girl,  We are looking at either the All Star Movie or the PO French Quarters? What are some advantages to staying at a Moderate Resort?

You will find that along with larger rooms, moderate resorts offer the following things that value resorts do not:

    • a lounge
    • pool slides
    • a refrigerator and coffee maker (only available upon request at value resorts)
    • table service restaurants

I also think the theming and landscaping of the moderate resorts is more detailed.  If you'd like, you can take a virtual tour of the moderate resorts and compare it to the value resorts.  I hope this helps with your planning.  Feel free to ask the panel questions about a specific resort, too.
