Hi we are trying to plan a trip to WDW and what would be a better time to go with less crouds. The dates we are looking at are Dec. 28-Jan 4 or the 2weeks in Jan. We normally go at the end of Jan. but thought it would be fun to see the christmas stuff.

    Hi Jenny,

If you are most interested in experiencing smaller crowds, two weeks in January will most definitely be less crowded then the week between Christmas and New Years.  In fact, this tends to be the most crowded week of the year.  Once the New Year comes in, you'll generally find that the crowds dissipate quickly, as kids go back to school, and people head home.  If you are interested in seeing holiday decorations, however, you should know that they tend to come down rather quickly after the first of the year.

    Have a wonderful trip!
