I am trying to plan a trip for November but notice the park hours re not posted yet. How far in advance do they post? I want to make sure its not during a holiday parade where we have to leave early!

    Welcome to planDisney, Chelsey!

I am so happy that you are planning a trip to the Disneyland Resort in November! Traveling during this time of the year means you are likely to experience all the joy and wonder of The Holidays at the parks. The Holidays run from November 12, 2021 to January 9, 2022. Park hours and entertainment showtimes are usually published about 30-45 days in advance. So you'll want to check back in a few weeks to see official times for your trip.

This year, a special nighttime party was announced called Disney Merriest Nites. This specially-ticketed event takes place on November 11, November 16, November 30, December 7, and December 9. If you don't have a ticket to the event, you will be asked to leave Disneyland Park by 8:00 p.m. on those nights. The hours at Disney California Adventure Park will not be affected by the party.

Other than the special party, there is lots of fun to be had during The Holidays. This includes A Christmas Fantasy Parade, Believe...in Holiday Magic fireworks, seasonal overlays on select attractions ("it's a small world" Holiday is definitely a must-do!), special Holiday treats, and much more! These are all included in the price of a regular theme park ticket.

I hope this helps! Have a great time at the Happiest Place on Earth!
