Hi Angela,
Since you don't mention any details about budgetary constraints I'm going to make two different suggestions for you to consider:
Option #1: Your immediate family should book a family suite at
Disney's All-Star Music Resort. This will give you and your husband a queen-size bed in one portion of your room while your son and daughter each enjoy their own pull out bed in the room's adjoining living area. Your sister's family could book a traditional room with two beds nearby.
Option #2: If you would all like to share accommodations, then book a two-bedroom villa at
Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort. Then you and your husband could share the luxurious king-sized bed in the first bedroom. Your sister, brother-in-law, and niece could use the two beds in the second bedroom, and your son and daughter could each enjoy their own pull-out bed in the common living area in between. This is the more expensive of the two options, but you can't beat Bay Lake Tower for proximity to the Magic Kingdom. The
Villas at Disney's Wilderness Lodge also offer two-bedroom villas that would comfortably accommodate your travel party.
As for dining, check out all the varied and amazing options
here. Be sure to include at least one character dining experience to get photos with Mickey and friends. Call (407) WDW-DINE to book dining reservations for table service restaurants 180 days before your check-in date.
Let the magic begin!
