I am trying to plan a trip in early April 2021. Last week, the parks had some days that were yellow, because Hollywood Studio was booked for those days. Now, looking at park availability, everything is green and available. Is WDW increasing capacity?

    Howdy Christopher!

Welcome back to planDisney!  Thank you for sharing your question with us!

It looks like your vacation is “Just Around the Riverbend!”  I am so happy for you!  I currently looked at the week you are going to the Walt Disney World Resort, and at this time, Disney’s Hollywood Studios is booked Monday-Friday.  It looks like you booked your reservations at the right time!  I see that you had looked previously, and you saw no availability.  I always encourage guests to continue to check back because park availability can always come available at the last minute due to cancelations or families modifying their vacation to a different date.  I have not heard anything about the park's capacity changing.  I know you are excited that you have your Disney Park Pass Reservation and will be off to Neverland in a couple of weeks.  If you decide to make any changes to your park days, may sure to check the Disney Park Pass Availability Calendar before you cancel a Disney Park Pass Reservation.  I have placed links in the highlighted area above to scan through the Walt Disney World site easily, and the Disney Parks Pass Availability Calendar at your leisure!

The Taste of EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival will be in full bloom during your upcoming vacation!  I love this festival!  The beautiful topiary displays, outstanding cuisine, yummy drinks, and so much more make this festival a must-do for all ages!

If you have not added Memory Maker to your vacation, you still have time!  Memory Maker allows you to capture an unlimited amount of photos at one great price!  My favorite part about Memory Maker is that everyone is in the photo!  If you have not experienced Memory Maker, I highly recommend it!

Also, since you are within the 60-day arrival window, you can book your dining reservations in advance.  I recommend making those reservations as soon as possible!  The Walt Disney World Dining options book up quickly!

To stay informed of everything on the horizon during your trip to the place “Where Dreams Come True,” check out the Disney Parks Blog!  If you have any more questions before or during your visit to the Walt Disney World Resort, please come back to planDisney, Christopher!  We look forward to helping you again!

    See Ya Real Soon,
    Tamela
