Howdy, Jeanette!
I’m excited to
hEAR that you’re considering a visit to the Disneyland Resort in December – there’s nothing more magical than celebrating the
Holidays at the Happiest Place on Earth!
Yes, it is possible to please both of those age groups at one park!
Disneyland Park offers a great mix of classic thrilling attractions, like Space Mountain, Big Thunder Mountain, and Indiana Jones Adventure, and
family favorites like “it’s a small world”, Peter Pan’s Flight, and Dumbo the Flying Elephant. Another option for your family is a 1-Day Park Hopper Ticket, which allows you to enjoy the best of both parks, since they’re within short walking distance of each other! That gives your teens a bit more freedom to branch out and try other thrilling attractions at Disney California Adventure Park, such as Guardians of the Galaxy -- Mission: BREAKOUT!, Incredicoaster, and Radiator Springs Racers.
There are plenty of
experiences at both parks that should appeal to all family members, including Mickey's Soundsational Parade, Mickey's Mix Magic, Fantasmic!, and World of Color. Be sure to download the
Disneyland app to check wait times, find your favorite Characters, make dining reservations, and even order food and drinks ahead of time.
Wishing you Disney magic!
Kristin
