Trying to plan a trip for 2017....how busy are the parks the week right after Thanksgiving (Nov 26-Dec 2/17)? Is the Thanksgiving crowd still there at that time or is that typically a low season?

Hello and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

I first need to add that I am quite impressed with your early planning.  As far as I am concerned, early planning is the best way to make the most of every Walt Disney World vacation. Great job!

I researched past attendance levels for the week after Thanksgiving to mid-December and numbers have been low. Of course, attendance rates can change year-after-year, but I do not expect this to stray too much from past attendance levels during the dates your are inquiring about. I have found that the crowds typically make their way home the weekend following Thanksgiving.

I highly recommend checking the Special Offers and Deals page for some great ways to make the most of your budget.

Please stop by and visit with me again as you continue looking into a most MAGICAL 2017 Walt Disney World vacation.  I will be happy to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have.

Have a MAGICAL day and "SEE YOU REAL SOON!"
