Hi Julie,
Welcome to planDisney and thank you for your question! So glad to hear that you will be coming to the Walt Disney World Resort to celebrate your son’s birthday and your anniversary. What a special trip!
At this time, all guests are charged for
Standard Parking for a day at the Theme Parks unless they are Annual Passholders or they are staying in a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel. Please keep in mind that Standard Parking includes your parking for the entire day even if you Park Hop to another Theme Park.
There are designated parking areas for guests with disabilities. You will just need to show the Cast Member your disability parking permit with your payment. If you’re going to Magic Kingdom Park, courtesy trams have returned, so you and your family will be able to use them during your visit to that specific park. The courtesy trams will be returning to EPCOT, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and Disney’s Animal Kingdom throughout 2022.
Since you’re celebrating a birthday and anniversary, make sure to ask a Cast Member for a celebration button when you enter the Theme Parks! You’ll be able to write your names on them and wear them throughout the vacation so you can let everyone know what you’re celebrating. If you stay in a Disney Resorts Collection hotel, you can also use the
Disney Floral & Gifts service to purchase in-room gift basket surprises. These gifts are brought directly to your room and will be great mementos to remember this epic vacation.
I hope this “Bit By Bryanna” is helpful for your Walt Disney World Resort vacation later this year.
If you have any other planning or vacation questions, please feel free to reach out, I’m always happy to help!
The Magic Is Calling,
Bryanna
