I am trying to plan my summer 2026 WDW vacation. As I was trying to plan my day at Magic Kingdom, I noticed that there are no listed times for the Starlight Parade. Is that going away?

    Hi Diana!

    Welcome to planDisney!

One thing I’ve noticed over the past several months is that the Starlight Parade times are not updated on the calendar until much closer to your trip. While offerings are always subject to change, I haven’t heard anything about the Starlight Parade being discontinued, so my guess is that the times just haven’t been added to the calendar yet.

As your trip gets closer, I recommend keeping an eye on the Hours & Events Calendar, so you can check out the times once they’re released.

To give you some guidance while planning, the Starlight Parade has been shown 1-2 times per night. When there’s just one showing, it’s usually before the Happily Ever After fireworks. And when there are two showings, one’s been scheduled before the fireworks, and the other one has been scheduled after the fireworks.

I’ve been lucky enough to see the parade a few times now, and I’ve found that it’s much easier to snag a spot with a good view back in Liberty Square or Frontierland. Plus, if there are two showings of the parade on the day you visit, it’s even easier to find a spot in those areas during the second parade.

In my opinion, the Starlight Parade is a must-see! So, while you may not know the specific times yet, it’s still worth planning for. Then once the times are announced, you can get a more concrete idea of what that night will look like.

I hope that helps! Enjoy your trip! And if you have any other questions, feel free to come back and visit us.
