    I am trying to plan a short Disney Cruise with a few days in the parks. I have always wanted to visit at Christmas time, but I have a few questions. Are the pools onboard heated? Also, does Disneyworld ever offer any specials around the end of Dec?

    Welcome aboard the Disney Parks Moms Panel! In my opinion, you are in the beginning stages of planning the most fabulously festive Land and Sea vacation imaginable! Coupling a Walt Disney World Resort vacation with a Disney Cruise Line voyage will give you the absolute best combination of action-packed days at the parks and carefree days sailing the high seas, all while celebrating the holiday season! My family has taken a Land and Sea vacation during the Christmas season and had the greatest time celebrating the holidays Disney-style!

    Captain Mickey wants Guests to have a splashtacular time while onboard! For Guests' comfort, the pools are heated to at least 75 degrees. There is a water adventure for everyone on each Disney Cruise! All four ships have pools geared towards adults, big kiddos and smaller fishies. There are hot tubs onboard, too! Even though you'll be sailing in December, I would absolutely pack your swimsuit!

    Walt Disney World Resort will frequently have wonderful Special Offers throughout the year. I would keep checking back to the Special Offers for the Walt Disney World Resort page as well as subscribe to the Disney Parks Blog for the most up-to-date information.
