Trying to plan and get pricing for florida residents

Hey there, Kathy! Thanks so much for stopping by planDisney - I'm so glad you found us! It's always a great idea to have a trip to Walt Disney World on the horizon (something much easier for lucky Florida residents like yourself!), and I'll be happy to point you in the direction of some special options for Floridians only. Let's dive right in!

Living not too far from The Most Magical Place on Earth means that you can access the magic year-round. I must admit, I'm a little envious! For Floridians who wish to visit Walt Disney World regularly, there are several great options for specially priced Annual Passes. These include the Pixie Dust Pass, which offers weekday-only access, and the Pirate Pass, which includes most weekends but does have some blocked-out dates at peak periods, including many holidays. You may also purchase the Sorcerer Pass, which gives you access to the parks for nearly all days of the year. Check out the Admission Calendar to see the difference between the various options.

The cost for passes ranges from $489 plus tax for the Pixie Dust Pass to $1099 plus tax for the Sorcerer Pass (subject to change). Another nice feature that's exclusively for Florida residents is the option to pay an initial down payment and then make monthly payments toward the remaining balance!

Kathy, if you don't want to commit to an Annual Pass, there are regular park tickets available for Florida residents with special pricing. To check out any offers that would apply for a vacation this fall, navigate to the "Tickets & Passes" section of the Walt Disney World website, then select "Florida Resident Offers". You'll need to be logged into your MyDisney account to purchase any of these resident-only options, and if you haven't verified Florida residency before, you'll be asked to complete this step during the checkout process.

I hope this information is helpful as you're planning your magical getaway! If our planDisney crew can help with any other questions along the way, please come back and see us again anytime. We're always here to help!

    See Ya Real Soon!
