We are trying to plan our park days for an upcoming trip. Question relates to potential FP+ availability for Galaxy s Edge rides (and change to current tiers in HS). How long after Flight of Passage opened before it was available for FP+? Ty

    Hi Michael!

Thanks for coming back to see us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel. With the opening of Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge, Guests can make their own adventure in a galaxy far, far away while exploring Black Spire Outpost. The attractions in Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge, Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run and Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance, have not offered FastPass+ reservations since the land opened on August 29, 2019. When Pandora - The World of Avatar opened in 2017, FastPass+ reservations were available for its attractions 60 days before the land opening. So Guests have been able to use the FastPass+ System for Avatar Flight of Passage and Na'vi River Journey right from the land's opening day.

Unfortunately, we don't have any information about FastPass+ availability for the Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge attractions in the future or any info about the changing of the FastPass+ tiers for Disney's Hollywood Studios attractions. I recommend that you keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog for the latest information as I would expect news about FastPass+ reservations for these popular attractions will be announced there first. Also, be sure to plan on taking advantage of Extra Magic Hours to experience Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge with minimal crowds!

Come back to see us if we can help you again as you continue planning your springtime Walt Disney World Resort vacation. T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
