Welcome to planDisney, Joe!
Thanks for stopping by with this question about your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation. You’re going to love visiting Disney World in October. It’s high spooky season and though tickets for
Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party are already sold out, there are still so many wonderful seasonal experiences to enjoy, like the
fall décor in all four theme parks and Disney Springs as well as
fun seasonal treats and sips. You’ll also be visiting during the
2026 EPCOT International Food and Wine Festival where you’ll have the chance to experience so many delicious eats. Your vacation is destined to be delicious!
I love the fact that you’re planning to book a vacation package, Joe. This means simply that you’ll be staying in one of the
Disney Resorts Collection hotels and that you’ll purchase theme park tickets with your stay. You can add a
Disney Dining Plan to any vacation package easily. If you’re traveling with kids age 3-9, did you know
they eat free on select Dining Plans through the end of 2026? My family loves using the Dining Plans because of how convenient they are. Each member of your party gets dining credits and a Resort Refillable Mug to use throughout your stay.
If you’re looking for deals, the best way to find them is to browse the
Special Offers page of the resort website. Here, you’ll find all the current offers available. You can even search specifically for vacation packages by using the filter at the top of the page. It looks like there aren't any package deals that meet your length-of-stay and date needs right now, but you can also give the
Disney Travel Specialists at the resort a call to see if there are any other offers that might apply to your stay.
Joe, I hope this information helps you with your planning. If you have additional questions about your visit, come see us here at planDisney again. Until then, TTFN… ta-ta for now!
