Howdy, Amber! Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question!
It sounds like you are planning one extra magical stay at the Walt Disney World Resort! The bigger, the better, right? I just love sharing these memorable moments with a big group of loved ones and making memories we can all talk about for years to come! I'm so excited for you to experience this with your family!
Using the
Walt Disney World website, you can book rooms and vacation packages online. However, this can be a bit tricky when you need multiple rooms. My suggestion is to contact
Disney Resort Hotel Reservations directly and have a friendly Cast Member book your multi-room stay over the phone. This way, you avoid any errors and confusion! Cast Members are aware of the most current offers and can provide the best pricing options for your party, as well as create a vacation package with room reservations and theme park tickets for your entire group. You can also request that all of the rooms for your group not only be the best possible rate in the same Disney Resort Hotel but that the rooms be close to one another within the resort. Though this is not guaranteed, Walt Disney World always tries its best to accommodate these requests! Since you'd need to request this over the phone anyway, it may be easiest just to do it all at once.
When I book for large groups, I like to search the current offers and pricing for
Disney Resort Hotels first before calling a Cast Member. This way, I know a ballpark figure for the rates and can compare offers. To do this, search for your dates and select a hotel you may like to stay in. Click "Room Rates" and at the top, you can toggle options for the following: Room, Package and Special Offers. Click "More Details" on any special offers shown so you can see if it applies to your family during your stay. There are often special rates for Florida Residents, Canada Residents and for Guests that visit at certain times of the year. Right now, I'm seeing a special offer to save on rooms in spring and early summer.
Amber, staying in a Disney Resort Hotel is one way to make your family vacation extra special. These resort hotels have over-the-top theming, transporting you to a particular time, place, or memory, like a New-England style beach oasis at
Disney's Beach Club Resort or in a "big blue world" under the sea in the Finding Nemo Family Suites at
Disney's Art of Animation Resort. In addition, you will be able to utilize
Early Theme Park Entry during your stay, giving you extra time in the park and shorter wait times early in the day!
I am sure your stay at the Most Magical Place on Earth will be everything you dream of! I hope I've helped guide you in the right direction and that you find the perfect accommodation for this special trip!
Happy planning,
Ashley
