Hello there! I was trying to plan for a January 2020 mini vacation. Since we are WDW pass holders, I looked for our special rates but could not find any. Maybe is to early? Any idea about when WDW might offer them ( if any?) Thank you.

    Hi Lilian,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us another question!

I’m often envious of my Florida resident friends who can just pop over to Walt Disney World Resort for a last-minute holiday during the year! I’ll admit that I have often flown down to Orlando for an extended long weekend over the years (three cheers for my Annual Pass!), but I’ve typically needed to do a fair bit of planning because my “happy place” is still a three hour flight away…

From what I understand, the Special Offers that may be available for Annual Passholders or Florida Residents for January 2020 haven’t been released yet. Based on my past experience, if there will be any promotional rates for a stay in a Disney Resort Hotel during that time period, they should be out by late September or early October. I’d recommend keeping an eye on the Special Offers page, the Special Tickets, Passes and Offers for Florida Residents page, the Annual Passholder Program page as well as the Disney Parks Blog during the next few weeks to see whether any will be released for this January.

As always, please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions.

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne
