I am trying to plan our first trip to WDW for next year. Making payments sounds like a really good option for us. Do we need to pay in full before making ADR or FP+ reservations? I hope to make them 180 days and 60 days out respectively.

    Hi Christopher,

Congratulations on your first trip to Walt Disney World!  I also like to make payments towards my Walt Disney World vacation reservations and find that it is a great way to evenly budget our vacation expenses.

You do not need to have your vacation package paid in full before making Advanced Dining Reservations or FastPass+ selections.  Advanced Dining Reservations may be made by all Guests, regardless of where they are lodging, 180 days in advance.  FastPass+ selections may be made 60 days in advance for Guests staying at a Disney Resort hotel and 30 days if not.  Advanced Dining Reservations and FastPass+ selections are independent from your vacation package cost which must be paid in full 45 days prior to check in.

Thank you for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel to ask your question.  Please come back and visit us again as you continue to make your vacation plans.  We love to help others plan their MAGICAL vacations!
