    I am trying to plan a family vacation for first part of June. Is it better to book through the disney site or find a travel agent. Also wanted to be able to pay on it before I get there. Will be first visit for my family any help would be helpfull. thanks

    Planning your first family trip to Walt Disney World is a very exciting, and daunting, event, so I'm thrilled that you found us for a little help!

    Personally, I prefer my trips to WDW directly through Disney, as the cancellation policy is very flexible, and payments can be arranged so that you are paid in full prior to your arrival. There is so much that you can do online with your reservation as well, without having to rely on a travel agent to do so for you.

    I suggest that you go online to DisneyWorld.com to see what your options are or call Disney Resort Hotel Reservations at (407) 939-1936 to speak with a Cast Member about your options as well. CMs have a wealth of knowledge and can advise you on your accommodations, Dining Plan options and so much more!
