Trying to plan a family vacation with 4 adults and a 13 year old. We want to stay in a Deluxe resort near the monorail if we can manage it. The trip is planned August5-12th. Are there any deals that we are missing or any disney hotels during these dates?

    Hi Gabrielle!
The most likely (and most convenient) choices for a Deluxe resort on the monorail would be the Contemporary, the Polynesian, and the Grand Floridian. All are directly ON the monorail line. The next best choice for a Deluxe would be the Wilderness Lodge.
At this time, I cannot locate any deals for your travel dates, but I would be sure to check out www.waltdisneyworld.com early and often. Mousesavers.com is also a great place to look for the most up-to-date list of room discounts.
I hope this helps and I wish you a Magical trip!! :)
