We are trying to plan a family vacation for 9 adults and 3 children ages 7-13. We are military and I need to know what is available for us. We would like to stay in the same suite but I'm not finding anything. Do you have any suggestions?

    Hello Melinda!

First of all, thank you so much for the sacrifice your whole family makes to serve our country!  We are forever grateful!!!

Walt Disney World does an incredible job at honoring our Military Personnel!  At www.disneyworld.com, there is a special webpage just for you that gives you all the information on Military discounts for Walt Disney World Theme Park Tickets and for Walt Disney World Resorts

You mentioned you would like for your whole family to stay in one suite.  There are some large suites at Walt Disney World; however, the largest suites will only accommodate nine.  Did you know there is a resort just for Military Personnel?  It's called Shades of Green, and this resort is operated by the US Army as an Armed Forces Recreation Center.  The largest suites available at Shades of Green accommodate eight.  With this in mind, my recommendation is to check availability of a Grand Villa and a standard room at Disney's Old Key West Resort.  Just so you know, Military Personnel are given a 40% discount at select Walt Disney World Resorts.  You can call (407) 939-7830 to check availability.  I would also call Shades of Green at (407) 824-3400 and see what this resort had to offer for your family.

If you have other questions, please let me know!

    Have a MAGICAL day!
