We are trying to plan for a Disney World vacation either August 13th throgh the 19th, or Sept. 10th through the 17th. Which would be better in for crowds and weather? 2 adults and a 4 year old, first time to dw for all of us.

    Hi Trisha!

I have been to Walt Disney World during the two weeks that you have mentioned in your question.  In my experience, the middle of September was less crowded and not as hot as the middle of August in Walt Disney World.  Typically, there is an afternoon thunderstorm in Walt Disney World during the summer, but it usually doesn't last that long each day. Keep in mind that September can still be warm, but it is not as humid as August so my recommendation to you is September.

I hope that you have a magical, memory filled first trip to Walt Disney World no matter what dates that you choose!
