Trying to plan a Disney trip. DH wants Wilderness Lodge. There are 5 of us - boys ages 12, 10, and 9. Does WL have connecting rooms? What is best way to book them?

    Hi Susan!

I have three boys as well!  I have no doubt that all five of you will LOVE the Wilderness Lodge!  You may absolutely request adjoining or connecting rooms.  Just be sure to clarify that you would like "connecting" rooms with a door between the two.  Adjoining would just be next door to one another.  Disney can't guarantee this request, but be sure to stress to them that you will have children in one room and they will do their best to accommodate you.  If you call 1-407-WDISNEY, you will be able to book both of these rooms and let your requests be known.

If you have an hour to spare, I would stroll over to the Wilderness Lodge Villas next door and check out the Iron Spike Room.  Walt Disney was passionate about trains and this display features some really cool train memorabilia!  Have an awesome time with your boys!
