Bright suns Kelly!
Your husband is correct-the Star Wars saga is life. My fan family finds
Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge an immersive adventure like no other. In Batuu, you might have a few moments when you believe you really are in one of the galaxy's last outposts far, far away.
Yes, you must have a
park reservation and valid admission to enter a theme park. With a
Park Hopper you may visit a second park in the afternoon, but this is also subject to availability. On our last trip, my children were able to visit
Disney's Hollywood Studios on an afternoon of a day the park was booked with their Hoppers, but this is not guaranteed and might be tricky during Thanksgiving week. Also, Hoppers who visit in the afternoon may not join the virtual queue for
Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance.
I vouch that you can have a wonderful, amazing adventure at
Walt Disney World without ever stepping into Disney's Hollywood Studios. Exploring
Pandora, plummeting down mountains, strolling and eating around the world in
Epcot, seeing Cinderella Castle brilliantly shimmering under fireworks, and enjoying all the Mickey shaped food will keep you enchanted. The possibilities for fun are practically endless, but you and your husband will have to consider if Galaxy's Edge is your number one priority.
Wishing you a fantastic trip to see Mickey whenever you choose to go!
