I am trying to plan a disney trip for a big group of 16 and was wondering what the best way to seperate the tickets are on different accounts in order to control things such as fast passes. I know it is impossible to do all 16 on one account so need help.

    Greetings Hunter!

I love traveling with my huge extended family to the Walt Disney World Resort. I would be happy to assist you with planning your grand family gathering. Celebrating the World’s Most Magical Celebration with your friends and family will allow you all to make memories for years to come.

Managing all the plans for a group of 16 can be quite overwhelming. In my family, we have typically had three to four separate households traveling together. Each household in our travel group has its own team planner. This adult is responsible for purchasing and linking all Theme Park Tickets to their My Disney Experience account for all members of their household, and making their Theme Park Pass reservations. They are also in charge of making their Disney Resorts Collection hotel reservations too. If we are all planning to stay at the same resort, we call (407) 939-1936 and speak with a Cast Member who works with us to get our rooms as close as possible to each other. It is also helpful to have all adults linked to each other in the My Disney Experience app as “Friends and Family.”

Since FastPass+ has been upgraded to Genie+ and Individual Lightning Lane services, it is possible for one person to manage these selections for your entire group, especially if you plan to enjoy some experiences together. If the thrill riders decide they want to split off and make their own plans together, as “Friends and Family” they can do that in the My Disney Experience mobile app.

I would also suggest that you or one of the main planners in your group purchase a Memory Maker. This will allow everyone to upload the photos taken by PhotoPass Photographers added to your account. You can then download them and share them with everyone after the trip. You will not want to miss out on a single memory or photo op during your trip.

I hope this helps with your planning. If you have any more questions, please come back and visit me here at planDisney.

    See ya real soon,
    Andrea
