Hi moms! Trying to plan our dining schedule and want to try a couple of Signature res. If you had to choose, how would you rank California Grille, Le Cellier or Flying Fish. Can't do all three...maybe 2? Thank you!

Hi Andrea,

All three of the restaurants that you mention are great! I would put California Grill as number one. It just reopened from a refurbishment, and the new decor and food are wonderful. I dined there recently, and would have to say that my favorite dish was "Duck in all its Glory" - a charcuterie board made up of preparations of duck. It was delicious. Next, I would choose Flying Fish Cafe. I might be a bit biased here as Disney's BoardWalk Villas are my home resort for Disney Vacation Club and I simply love the atmosphere on the BoardWalk. The seafood dishes here are delicious. Finally, I would rank Le Cellier Steakhouse. It is certainly a wonderful restaurant, you just happened to mention two of my absolute favorites first! Le Cellier Steakhouse is a great place to get a steak. One of the reasons I ranked it lower than the other two is that it is in a theme park. While sometimes this is nice for convenience, if I am going to a nice dinner, I often prefer to go to one of the resorts.

I just do not think that you can go wrong in choosing any of these restaurants! Whichever you choose, be sure to make a reservation at Disney Dining Online or by calling (407) WDW-DINE (407-939-3463). These are popular restaurants so you want to be sure to secure your spot.
