    We're trying to plan out our day at Downtown Disney. Is it possible to make reservations for Characters in Flight? Would like to try to avoid a long wait if possible.

    Hi Scott,

    I am a big fan of Characters In Flight at Downtown Disney and consider myself a frequent flyer.

    They do not accept reservations for Characters In Flight nor do they sell advanced tickets because weather is a huge factor in determining whether or not this attraction will be operating. Weather conditions also determine the number of Guests who may board the gondola for any given flight.  I think there are too many variables to sell advanced tickets.

    Weather permitting, the hours of operation are every day from 8:30 a.m. to midnight.  In my experience, the lines have typically been shorter early in the morning.  If you go then and get on with a short wait, you'll start your day off at Downtown Disney on a high note and leave the rest of your day free to shop for those must have souvenEARs.

    Current Ticket Prices (always subject to change without notice) are:
    * $18 Adult (tax not included) - Guests ages 10 and up
    * $12 Children (tax not included) - Guests ages 3 - 9
    * Free for Guests 2 and under

    Be sure to take your camera and binoculars if you have them.  On a clear day you can see for miles.

    Please feel free to visit with any other questions.  We're thrilled to assist you!

    Wishing you minnie magical memories :-) Allison
