Hello, Jessica!
I'm glad you took the time to send a question to planDisney. Booking a
Placeholder while sailing on a Disney Cruise is the best way to ease those post-cruise blues! It is one of the easiest (and most budget‑friendly) ways to start dreaming about your next voyage.
Using your Placeholder is simple once you know where to look. When you’re ready to choose your next itinerary, log in to your account on the
Disney Cruise Line website, select "Already Booked" at the top of the page, and scroll down to select "My Reservations." Your Placeholder reservation should be listed there, next to its expiration date. Click on it, then choose “Search All Cruises.” That's where you can find your next magical cruise!
As you look through itineraries, keep an eye out for the “Placeholder Offer” icon or the “Special Rates for Placeholder” banner. Those indicators let you know your discount is being applied correctly to that particular cruise. Also, if anything feels unclear or you’d like someone to walk through the steps with you, the
Disney Cruise Line team is always happy to help over the phone.
Since you’ve already experienced the magic of a Disney Cruise, your next sailing is the perfect opportunity to try something new! Maybe that means enjoying brunch at
Palo, treating yourself to a relaxing massage at
Senses Spa & Salon, or jumping into a round of trivia (my planDisney friends and I had a blast with Disney trivia on our cruise!). There’s always something new to discover onboard!
I hope your last sailing left you with wonderful memories, and that your next adventure on the high seas is even more magical! If more questions pop up as you plan, you know where to find us at planDisney!
Happy sailing!
Jen
