Trying to pick resort room, 1st visit at CSR they mowed every other day. 1. it woke us, 2 severely allergic to grass we had to have prescription medication delivered to us. Looking for concrete/ close to food court, room also has to be wheelchair acc

I'm sorry to hear about your previous troubles with your resort visit.  Disney prides itself on the manicured and beautiful grounds throughout their property and it is a draw for many of the guests.  The horticulture department works to keep the parks and resorts up to the standards that so many expect.

When issues such as what you incurred happen I suggest you discuss with the front desk to have a room change. They will totally understand your health issues and do everything they can to alleviate the problem for you.  Obviously that doesn't mean they will stop the grass from being mowed but they can relocate you to a better location.  All resorts will have handicap accessible rooms with varying locations.

The Contemporary resort comes to mind as a great place with little grass on the grounds surrounding the main building. You would need to ask for a room in the main area and not the outer buildings as this area is where you will find the grass.  Pop Century is also a possibility as there is little grass between the different buildings. Hope these suggestions help!
