Hi, I am trying to pick up my Florida Resident Tickets. I would like to pick them up at Disney Springs the night before to make magic hours. What time does guest services close at Disney Springs?

    Hi Kourtney,
So glad you stopped by to visit us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I love when Disney releases special tickets for Florida Residents like you and me.  They're such a great value!

You may visit Guest Relations windows at each theme park, both water parks, ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex and Disney Springs.  The operating hours for the window at each park or complex will vary, but the Guest Relations window is open during the normal operating hours for each venue.

I'm really glad to see you're thinking ahead regarding your ticket purchase; I assume since you're anticipating Extra Magic Hours that you plan on staying in a Walt Disney World Resort hotel.  Please know that you can purchase those tickets in advance online, on the phone via a Disney Cast Member (you can add them to your resort reservation), and at multiple Florida retailers.  I would hate to see you not take advantage of the 60-day FastPass+ selection window that accompanies your resort reservation, which allows you reserve your spot in line for three attractions in the park of your choice per day.  You must purchase theme park tickets prior to taking advantage of FastPass+.

Kourtney, I hope I was helpful today; wishing you and your family a magical visit!

    Best Wishes,
    Amy S.
